CeeDee Lamb Ready for Redemption Against Green Bay Packers
Cowboys Receiver Seeks Revenge After Painful Loss
Lamb Shares Thoughts Following 48-32 Defeat
After suffering a disappointing 48-32 loss to the Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is determined to exact revenge in their upcoming rematch.
"It was a painful loss," Lamb said. "We didn't play our best football, and they took advantage of it. But we're going to learn from this and come back stronger next time."
Lamb, who became the latest member of the Cowboys' "No. 88 Club" after his impressive performance last season, has a special incentive to perform well against the Packers. Wide receiver Dez Bryant, who also wore the No. 88 jersey for Dallas, left the team in 2018 after a contract dispute.
"Dez is a legend in this city," Lamb said. "I have a lot of respect for him, and I know he's been watching us. I want to make him proud."
